Italian Courses + Italian Gastronomy Course

Experience the wonderful world of Italian cuisine and the secrets of the Mediterranean diet with our gastronomy courses. Italian gastronomic culture through experiences in and out of the kitchen, discovering the best local products.

Course objectives
Offering each student an overview of Italian gastronomy through theoretical lessons combined with visits to the specialty kitchens of local restaurants and the gardens and fields of local artisan producers, all while learning Italian!

Teachers
All the teachers responsible for the theoretical and practical lessons are Italian food and wine experts, sommeliers, chefs and pastry chefs recognized for their extensive culinary work, with the aim of making your Italian courses perfect.

Certificate
Students will receive a diploma for the Introduction to Italian Gastronomy course and a certificate of participation in the Italian course.

Italian art courses

Italian course + History of Italian Art and Architecture course

From art history to architecture, our courses allow you to experience art in all its forms. The aim of the course is to provide the tools to better interpret and appreciate Italy’s artistic heritage while practicing the Italian language.

Course objectives
To give students an overview of Italian art and architecture in relation to the history and society of the time through lectures and visits to museums, cities of art and places of historical and artistic interest.

Teachers
Our Italian teacher Valentina Andreucci teaches art history at the Poliarte Design Academy of Fine Arts in Ancona.

Certificate
Students will receive a certificate of participation in the History of Italian Art and Architecture Course and a certificate of participation in the Italian Course.
